Giggle & Laugh, Laugh & Shop, & Shop, Shop, Shop for our February Luncheon at the beautiful  Sonesta Resort on Thursday, February 1st for the most unique experience on the island!

 

We’ll start the day off at 9 AM  – 12 PM with our “Love Yourself & Others Spring Bazaar” of local artists, craftsman, upscale stores, jewelry and authors will have their items for sale plus a VERY SPECIAL opportunity to win the GRAND PRIZE raffle.

The Grand Prize for the Love Yourself & Others Raffle is a “Health Spa Day Pass” to Hilton Head Health(H3) & The Indigo Spa — up to $480 value. Winner will enjoy full access to H3’s wellness facility and program offerings with more than 10 fitness options,  wellness lectures, nutrition and cooking experiences, and recreational opportunities.  Enjoy H3’s amenities – heated pool, sauna and jacuzzi, as well as our fitness center and relaxation room.  The day pass also includes three meals at H3’s True* Restaurant and finishes with a relaxing 50-minute Swedish Massage at the award-winning Indigo Spa.

To keep us Smiling & Laughing at 12 PM our special guest speaker will be Liz Farrell, Columnist & Senior Editor of the Island Packet. She will bring her delightful humor to enlighten us.

​BIO – ​

Columnist and senior editor Liz Farrell has lived in the Lowcountry for 12 years, but grew up in Brookline, Mass., just outside of Boston. She graduated with a degree in political science from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania, and enjoys the beach, reading and people with contagious laughs.

Annual Cookie Collection: Please prepare a batch of your favorite cookies and divide them into zip lock bags of six cookies each and bring them to the Feb. 1 luncheon for distribution.  

This is sweet way to show appreciation to the almost 350 men and women who keep us safe and are always on call at the fire, police and ambulance stations on Hilton Head and in Bluffton.

  • Salad: Romaine Lettuce, Apples, Pecans, Gorgonzola, Apple Vinaigrette
  • Entree: Bone In Pork Chop Marsala, Brussels Sprouts, Peppers and Shallots with Mashed Potatoes
  • Vegetarian Option: Portabella Mushroom Stuffed with Boursin Cheese over Mashed Potatoes
    Brussels Sprouts, Pepper and Shallots
  • Lemon Raspberry Cake with Candied Lemon, Hearts and Whipped Cream

Always served with Bread, Butter, Regular & Decaf Coffee, Herbal Tea and Iced Tea

What is the WAHHI Love Yourself & Others Spring Bazaar?

Women’s Association of Hilton Head Island features over 300 women at their best! WAHHI is providing the ultimate shopping experience for members and guests to complete their list of gifts & glam!  Complete with cash bar and a live musical performance. Shop, enjoy and give. Love Yourself & Others will be the theme of the day – WAHHI Spring Bazaar is a great way to help other women and also those in need through WAHHI supported local charities.

When & Where will this fabulous event take place?

February 1st, 2018 from 9 AM – 12 PM at the beautiful Sonesta Resort in Hilton Head Island.

What you will need.

  • $10 for members, $20 for non-members. Fee includes power at your table. This fee will go to WAHHI’s Charitable Fund which supports local charities.
  • For Non-members to have lunch included, cost is $38 additional if paid by mail or $40 online.
  • Promotional Poster put in store (Will be provided)
  • 3 Social Media posts about event.
  • Optional- item for raffle to benefit WAHHI’s Youth Awards.
  • Optional- One product given as a door prize.
